These terms apply to all quotations, orders and supplies by PB Holotech India Pvt. Ltd. (“PB Holotech”, “we”, “us”), CB-70, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700064, India, and to the use of pbholotech.in. A written agreement signed by both parties for a specific order takes precedence over these terms.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is stated. Prices are based on the size, quantity, materials, security features and delivery terms in the quotation. Taxes, freight and insurance are extra unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed only when we accept your purchase order or written instruction in writing. Any change to quantity, specification or artwork after confirmation may change the price and delivery date.

3. Artwork and approval

We prepare artwork and proofs for your approval before production. You are responsible for checking text, spellings, barcodes, regulatory information, colours and dimensions on the approved proof. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved artwork.

4. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos, trademarks and designs you send us. Your artwork, designs and hologram masters are used only for your orders and are kept confidential. Origination, masters, dies and plates made by us remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing, and are stored securely for your repeat orders.

5. Production tolerances

Due to the nature of printing and holographic processes, minor variations in colour, registration and dimensions may occur. Delivered quantities may vary by up to 10% above or below the ordered quantity, and will be invoiced on the actual quantity supplied, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by late artwork approval, changes to the order, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Payment

Payment is due as stated in the quotation or invoice. We may require an advance for new customers or custom origination. We may suspend supplies if payments are overdue.

8. Cancellation

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once origination or production has started. If you cancel, you will be charged for origination, materials and work already completed.

9. Claims

Please inspect the goods on receipt and report any shortage, damage or defect in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and batch details. Goods must not be used or altered before we have assessed the claim.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or business. Security features reduce the risk of counterfeiting but cannot guarantee that counterfeiting will never occur.

11. Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our products and may change without notice. Product images are representative. You may not copy or reuse the content or images without our written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, have exclusive jurisdiction.
