Blow mould in-mold labeling (IML) transforms bottle and hollow container decoration by integrating labels during the blow moulding process. Labels are inserted into the blow mould before parison inflation, creating permanent decoration as the expanding plastic bonds with the label substrate. This advanced technology produces bottles with seamless graphics, eliminating the need for pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, or post-moulding decoration.
